1995 GT needs advanced timing (with spark knock) to have GT power. Otherwise it runs like a 6 cyl. car, smooth, but low power. Fresh tune up and no codes.
Anyone else experienced this and if so, what is the fix?

Tell us specifically what you did for the tune-up. What is the timing set to and did you remove the "spout" connector before setting the timing. Has the MAF element ever been cleaned?
