Spark plug and gapping need help

Now i run the stock motorcraft plug but i need 1 range colder plug and i want to put autolite in, can you tell me the number of these plug that i can give to the Napa guys and also what is a good gapping for:

Not too sure if I can help but stock i tihnk is 25, I got one heat ranger colder(24's) and gapped them to .34. I think it helps to prevent detonation.
