Well I finally got my engine all stuck back together and went to put new plugs in it...and one of the damn spark plug holes is stripped.

Now my question is this.....will this tool fix the problem without having to take the head back off or should I just get a tap and die set?

You're going to have to pull the head anyway, re-tapping a hole makes a lot of shavings. You're not going to get the cylinders clean without pulling it.

You really need to pull the heads. I'd als use a toll called the Back-Tap. Works real well.
