spark plugs soaked in oil

i seem to having an issue with the spark plugs on my Engine being coverd in oil mainly on cyl 6,7,8, maybe some valve Seals no good?? any ideas?

is the actual electrode covered in oil or just the threads?

the threads and the electrode are both coverd in all. the valve cover gasket is not leaking..dry as a whistle! but its only on those 3 cyl.

id say vavle seals. is there any oil coming out of the head?

there is no oil leaking or comming out of anywhere on the engine, it smokes very little for a few seconds after start up

Valve seals more than likely missing.

Are you noticing oil consumption issues between oil changes? 5 quarts in, but only 3 quarts out?
