in Motorcraft, either AGSF-22C's (1 step down from stock) or AWSFA-12C's (2 steps down from stock).

plug gap you'll have to play wth, I've seen as little as .028 on up to .036

I've got NGK TR-6's gapped at .028 as recommended by my tuner.
