Spark plugs???

You don't need to mess with the temperature range on the plug. Just get the factory replacement Autolites. They are cheap, and they are good quality. I've always used Accel 300+ wires. They are a great wire, and you can order them through Advance. They have like a one year warranty on them, and I would just go in once a year and tell them they were bad and get brand new wires every year. There are all kinds of opinions on ignition wires, and there are a lot of good ones out there. Just stay away from Motorsport, Moroso, and MSD wires. Those are the ones that are known to suck.

i have had motorsport wires on for almost 3 years with no issues.....
i gotta ask, if the accel are so good why due they need replacement every year?
the motor sport wires are on the long side tho...next im gunna check out some taylor cable and see how they work

Ha i think he means to do it so you get a NEW set every year to keep the warranty going, gett free new wires every year FOREVER and to "stick it to the man"!!!!
Yeah, they are fine, I just do it to keep the warranty going. I don't know how motorsports are now, but I know back in the day just about every set used to arc right out of the box. You were lucky if you got a set that fired right. I use the Accels because they come with those mammoth boots. All the other wires I've tried would piss my radar detector off. I even tried Taylors which are suposed to be really good wires, and I guess they are. But on my car two of the plug wires kept falling off the spark plugs and it was annoying.

Ok, so I've just spent about the past 6 hours frustrated as all hell with my car. 
I'm dirty, sore, bug-bitten, and have burns on my hands and arms thanks to my frustration fired impatience. I picked up a set of Autolite OE replacement plugs - only to have them all in, and lead to a nasty misfire. The plugs that were in there and have been there since the car's purchase by me were Bosch platinums. The gap compared to the Autolites had quite a difference. The Bosch plugs had almost twice the gap the Autolites did. Could the gap difference cause the bad misfire, or could I have done something wrong? I ended up getting pissed off, and swapped out the Autolites for the old Boschs until I can find something to fix the situation. Any suggestions are appreciated.

No, I didn't gap them. I just checked each one to make sure the new ones were the same gap, which they were. They were Autolite 25's if that helps anything. And HISSIN, I looked through the whole batch and they all look to be just fine. I may have just put one or 2 in wrong for all I know. I'm going to return them, do a bit more research and probably go with Bosch Platinums again as they were in there before and they've worked just fine until now.
The Autolite 25's? Or the Bosch Platinums I may get as replacements?
Also, how do I gap them? Use the little gap tool that looks like a coin?
Yeah, the coin tool works just fine. You don't gap platinum plugs., because it rubs the platinum off. I just used the regular Autolite plugs that are $1.48/piece or whatever. Platinum plugs aren't the best for performance.
