anyone know the actual dimensions of the speakers in the Shaker 1000 system? I'm planning on replacing them with aftermarkets, but am unsure of the size, i hear crutchfields sizes were incorrect.

All of them. I figure I'll upgrade the stock speakers first and see how that sounds before I go all out. The stock Shaker 1000 didnt sound too bad for a factory system.

I have the shaker head unit in my first 05 and the pioneer 6x8s and the sound is very good.
I just swapped out the stock speakers for another set of pioneers in my second 05. in the second one i just have the base cd player, and the difference in just changing the speakers is huge..
well worth swapping them out.
if you do the swap out yourself, be mindful of the rear window. the front doors are easy to do.
I do not know about the subs in the shaker 1000, but i believe the rears are 10 inches, and the doors are 6 inches.

no I am sorry the top speakers in the door are 6x8s and then the subs in the bottom of the doors are(I believe)6inches, sorry if I am confusing you.
