spec 3 clutch issues-launch chatter

i have a new spec 3 clutch and im experiencing somewhat major vibration when starting out in 1st gear. is this normal for a new clutch?

yes, mine has a little noise under 1500 rpm. My buddy has the stage 4 Spec and it chatters in first.

Its not hurting anything, just annoying. These clutches want to grab and go.
