A friend of mine had one in his 96 Camaro with a blown 383. I can't remember how long it lasted, but I know it wasn't very long at all.

you should be over that tq rating anyway lol.

Tell me what you end up with.

Even though im not close too those power levels, i am looking for a decent clutch.

suprisingly my king cobra is holding the power now, and saving my poor t-5....but it will slip on a hard upshift

Chris, I know I sound like a broken record, but do yourself a favor and at least call and speak with Walt at Pro Motion. I'd be very surprised if he didn't have exactly what you need. Here's a link to his site:

http://www.promotionpowertrain.com/

I run his "Kustom" clutch.

Spec Stage III is the worst clutch ever. I can't wait to change mine. Pro Motion is local to me and eventually picking up a clutch there.

Guess mine will die next............. Unless I put something in new with the 364.

I think I twisted my TKO output shaft. Was a bitch to get my DS yoke out of the trans rear.

We run a twin disk McLeod on our turbo Mustang. 357 with a PT88 T6 flange 14# of boost AFR 205 heads. Hasn't been to the dyno with this combo, but it is scary fast on the street. The clutch has never complained and has stock pedal effort. Downside is cost and the time it takes to set everything up right.

Are you kidding? C4 is non-electronic but the tranny is spec'ing out is a full manual valvebody setup. The stock EEC is fine but as also mentioned Chris is running the AEM.
