I'm interested in finding out from everyone about the range of different factory features/equipment/options that were available/mandated/deleted on fox body mustangs in different parts of North America over the years.

I read about a guy from Hawaii who said his GT had no rear window defrost.

My Canadian edition 1991 GT came with daytime running lights, rear window defrost, a block heater and 220 kilometer per hour speedo. All of this was factory equipment.

Anything even remotely out of the ordinary would be appreciated!

My 88 LX came with everything except cruise control. It even had the block heater in the freeze plug. I find it weird that it came AOD, sunroof, a/c, defrost, and no damn cruise

My '87 coupe had only a/c (no power windows/door locks, cruise or rear window defrost). It was an original CA car.

My '87 hatch is "loaded" (a/c, power windows/locks, cruise, rear window defrost), except for the articulated/GT seats (which I don't think you could get in an '87 LX). Also an original CA car.

My Dad's '89 GT (bought new), also was loaded except for the rear window defrost. We always wondered why that car didn't have it. (CA car)

None of the 5.0 Mustangs I've encountered in SoCal have had an engine block warmer (for good reason).

I also have never seen an original non a/c car here, and I've seen MANY.

To complete the picture, my 91 GT came with a/c, power locks, power windows, power mirrors, power hatch release, rear defrost, block heater, power lumber seats with the lateral adjustments and the extendable thigh supports, cruise, intermittent wipers, sunroof, 2.73s, daytime running lights, 220 kph speedo, and whatever interior upgrades the GT offered.

The only options, as far as I know that the car lacks is the "leather" seating (which I don't care for anyway) and the autodimming rear view mirror (which would have been useless to me due to my rear window being heavily tinted).
