Specific Grease for Poly Bushings?

Just got some new control arms with grease fittings. The control arms didn't come with grease or any directions on any specific grease to use. The control arms come with polyurethane bushings so i wasnt sure if there is any specific grease to use. I was just curious if anyone could tell me if there was specific grease to use or any "brand" that you have used that has treated you well.

White lithium grease its waterproof and will fix the common poly bushing squeaks

Stay away from petroleum-based greases. A silicone based synthetic is what I would use. Something PTFE based should also work decently.
