specs for c/c plates?

What are the right specs to align the front end? Are there differences or should i just try to get it close as possible to factory spec?

I'm putting on UPR c/c plates in the morning, after, the tech thats going to align the car wants to know the #'s. I thought it was odd, but i don't know if there is "better then factory" specs out there or i should just tell him get it close enough to factory.

ok, i searched myself and found the specs on good ol' Corral forums.

they are:
1-1.25 neg camber
5-6 deg positive caster
1/16 total toe-in

but, now i have a c/c plate install question. The instructions say remove the dust cover if im using the factory struts. I'm not, so i just leave them on right? I guess i'll work on the other side to see is anyone posts....

after searching and thinkin, I guess i've figured it all out:

UPR states that you need to remove the dust cover if factory struts will be used.

My tokico struts are like replacements, so I should consider them "factory like"

issues with how the dust cover gets in the way of adjusting makes me think i should take the dust cover off(the top of the dust boot fits into the large strut hole making adjustment restricted)

No dust cover = issues with the struts later...

Simple install other then trying to figure out all this mess. Should of went with mm plates, read their instructions and are much more straight foward
Alginment coming as soon as i decide.
