Speedo light?

of my interior gauges, esp the tach and the volt gauge, are dull, i think then light went out or the bulb is bad. how can i fix this? where can i get the bulb for it? and is it hard doing that? i don't really want to mess around with the needles so any help would be great. thanks

I'm not sure where to get bulb, but I imagine it can be had just about anywhere, they are just a push-in type bulb. They are pretty easy to get at, you must remove the healight knob, and then loosen the two bolts holding the plastic bezel on. Once that's out take off all the little bolts holding the clear plastic cover over the gauges and remove it. Then remove the few bolts holding the gauge cluster in. Then carefully tip the gauge cluster back and remove the two wiring harnesses connected to it on either side. They can be a little tricky to get out, and even more tricky to get in, but you can do it with a little patients. Once you have the gauge cluster out, you'll notice that it is made up of 3 peices, one large center and two smaller outers. Carefully pry up on the outers and remove them, they are just "pressed" on. Do not try to remove the center first, I think it is interlocked with the small ones and they need to be removed first. Once you pull these off you will see the bulbs. Hope that helps...

Mine gets dim from time to time. Not sure why but it doesnt bother me too much.
