there is nothing wrong with your spindles, LM sent some wrong parts. the LCA has the cotter pin hole drilled incorrectly, i've run into this before on my 93 cherokee with perfect circle parts i got at auto zone, and perfect circle are good quality parts so mistakes can and do happen. the tie-rod is obviously incorrect, looks like a conversion piece to me.
the only way you're going to correct this is to get LM to send you the correct parts. you can quit worrying about the spindles being incorrect because they absolutely aren't
