We are doing a 1970 Mach restomod. We have the one piece export brace, monte carlo bar, increased sway bars, continuous welds on shock towers, etc. My question...has anyone used the Spintech subframe connectors in a service with more than 500 hp? We have a stroked (408) Windsor that is at 508 on the dyno. While I really like the low profile of the Spintechs for ground clearance, is 13 gauge steel enough to give the stiffness needed for this powertrain? Would greatly appreciate some feedback if anyone has used these in some higher power applications.
