the more i hear spintechs on a 5.0, the more i like 'em. im just curious as to which spintech it is that im hearing that im liking so well.

is it the Pro-street or is it the Sportsman street??
im thinking its the Pro-streets that i like. heres a sound clip on streetfire.net

http://videos.streetfire.net/search/spintech/0/A32B2C02-D827-4F34-AC6E-6CEE21AAE462.htm

this one has the Pro-streets. does the Sportsmans sound louder, quieter, better, worse?

'preciate it

both are great sounding. But I think more lean toward the pro streets. that is what I have in my garage. Just waiting for the mustang to get here this weekend. then off to the exhaust shop. I want to weld them in myself but wouldn't you know it, I don't have a welder LOL!

actually theres no way to describe it....its deffintly different but in a good way the first time i cranked it....i was unsure about the switch...but after 10 mins of driving it......i dont know why i waiting so long to put them on......with that said i do not have a stock more.......with the cam in mine....it lopes like crazy.....and i have the supporting parts and exhaust.....and i think you have to have a 5 spd to really appreciate the pro streets

I have a set of sportman streets on my high compression 306 and its not as loud as you think but winding it out to almost 7000rpms makes a sound that sends chills up your spine. Unreal! and very cool. pro streets are designed to be run with Cats without they are too loud. i have long tubes no cats and the sportsman streets sound very nice. in 5th gear you dont hear the car. 1st thru 4th it sounds like no other animal on the street. Keep in mind Spintechs are in the same category as a flowmaster bieng it is a chambered muffler. if you want a real good muffler thats a little quieter and probably make you more power id look into dynomax's super turbo. Anything with a straight through design is going to be better for performance..... my .02
