I ran mine with tailpipes first then went to dumps. I had stock h pipe stock w/ cats manifolds and then with tailpipes quiet as a baby

I cant stand the sound of any loud muffler with dumps. I mean it sounds cool but when your in the car for more than 5 min the vibrations get to ya and the drown get annoying even with my 40's with tailpipes.

i just love it when ppl start rolling down windows, or when little kids cover their ears, and the best one is when the ricers talk s**t then i crank the car and the talking STOPS!

I have a rather large camshaft in my car and the sound it makes running wide open at high rpms is indescribable. You'd have to hear it believe it, Its loud as hell with sportsman streets and tailpipes. I think prostreets with dumps mayeb a little much....

i had original 40 series blowmasters dumped and i hated them made the car sound like ass. I dont think any car sounds good dumped. Run tailpipes you'll kick yourself later on for running dumps.

seems like i remember someone having trouble with the pro streets and tailpipes. something about the mufflers being shorter than like a 40 series flow. couldnt a decent muffler shop weld in some extension pipe to make up the difference?

i have dumps right now (flows) and it sounds ok. i like the way it sounds up in the rpm range, not to crazy about when its idling or the vibrating.

im just jealous of these mod motor gts and cobra guys that have full exhaust and are extremely loud. course i know this is because of the engine. im just wanting something to be as loud, or close to say like a 03/04 cobra with magnapacks or even flows. even a 96 up cobra with o/r H and flows are very loud. like i said, i know it wont sound the same hence the different motor - but if its as loud and sounds good, i will definetly be happy

what do u guys think?

That vid is what made me buy spins to bad i didnt have that sound not even close lol i had dumped with hella drone, so i got rid of em and went with the quieter flows

Im switching back to flows on my fox, the spin prostreets just didn't have any "tone" to them at idle, just loud. The flows should still be pretty loud on my car though but they will have tone to them.

wondering if spintech pro streets and tail pipes will be a problem? i wanna know before i order 'em. ive got 40 series flows now....

flowmaster 40 series case: 4" X 9.75" X 13"

spintech pro street case : 4" X 6" X 12"

-so thats 4" high (or thick), 6" wide and 12" long (outlet - outlet) ?

will that work with out my tailpipes being crooked?

HELP

no problems with tails huh?

maybe they will line up better than im thinking they will. from what i can tell from the dimensions, they are quite a bit smaller than a flowmaster.

so they DO sound like a mod motor up in the rpms??
