spring rates for coil overs?

what spring rate would you recomend for a front coil over set up? I want a spring rate that is good for the strip.

From what I've seen 175 for the front, which allows the front to rise and the rear end to squat and hook better. I am awaiting for my MM Coilover kit - should be here today. My set up is more for street and performance. Do a search and you will get tons of info. Peace

OT (sort of) - coil-overs can rattle over bumps. I was surprised and disappointed when I discovered this the first time I drove my car after they were installed. Of course, mine are not the MM coil-overs, but if I know it would be like this, I would not have bought them. I'd research it a little to see if people who have MM coil-overs have a problem with them rattling when they go over bumps.

I have MM coil overs 325# for street and I love it. yes I see your looking for strip so I guess ignore this lol.
