Hey guys, I have two questions. How does tire sizing work, like what is the biggest tire you can put on 17x8 or can that same tire you put on a 17x8 fit on a rim that is 17x8.5. I do not understand. And secondly, I need a good lowering spring for my 00 GT, any suggestions??? Thanks!

i have coilovers for my spring setup. it lets you adjust your ride height exactly how you want it. ill post up pics of it all tomorrow. coilovers will allow you to drop the car down and bring it back up if you need too. its good for me since my car is both a daily driver and a track car.

also, 275s do fit on a 8" wide wheel, however it will bubble a bit, 245s and 255s fit well on 8" wheels.

Wow if your going down to 3 inches you're going to have to upgrade a lot more than just springs...any reason for it or is it just looks because 3 inches will not make your cars handling better...unless you put another $1K or so in suspension parts to make it handle better.
