Ok to get to your Question,No you won't need anything not even an alinement unless your car starts pulling to the left or right or the tires start cuping after 1,000 miles or so But I bet you will be fine!

Not required, but a good idea to get new shocks/ struts, lower pinion snubber ($10 from MM), and offset steering-rack bushings ($20 from stangsuspension.com). And do the alignment. Just my $0.02 .....
