Squeacking sound is coming from column at slow speeds or most noticable then at least. Sounds kinda like the sound you get when you wash a window. The longer you drive it the more loud it gets . Took it to the dealership so far they can't locate it. They have replaced clock spring some bushing in lower steering shaft. Then replaced lower shaft in steering still there .Any ideas?

Another one here also a friend of mine. He took it to the dealer and they order some parts. Let's see the results...

I have the same problem, though it seems to be worse on cold mornings. Haven't talked to the dealer yet.

I have this same problem. I assumed it might be normal and it's not really an inconvenience, so I decided not to get it looked at. Let us know if it could cause any damage beyond just the noise.

Finally got it fixed it was the rack and pinon. Dealership got smart after 4 weeks and all the parts they threw at it and called the tech hot line . No more squeak .

did you ask about a TSB coming for this? seems like many people have this problem, and would help out many techs when tracing the problems....
