squeek in the engine bay

okay, i changed the idler and tensioner pulleys and the belt yet the squeek remains. when i spin the water pump pulley it makes some noise so im like 80% sure thats the issue, i've also heard of something related to the cam that makes a squeeking noise too.

anybody have any other ideas? im really not into replacing a good water pump right now just beause its bearings squeek a little.

thats what i was afraid of. i'm not a newb to replacing water pumps, is there anything i should be aware of when taking on this job? its my daily driver and i need it fixed pronto. im gonna do it this saturday.
