No, unless he has done a lot to it. If you didn't have heads and such, then you should worry as they are a very low 14 seocnd car at 98-99mph stock, they are about even with a new GT.

no worries, fellow stanger, you shouldn't have an issue with those mods. When you're done though, don't laugh too hard, don't wanna make the poor kid go home crying.

Just watch out if he has upgraded the blow off valve to bump up the boost and done some extra things to his car. I saw one at the track a few weeks back that was running 12.9 so they CAN be fast. But if its stock you shouldnt have any problems.

You will murder him if you can drive. They can be low 14 sec cars stock but I have yet to really see that at the track. I see stock/little mods ones around 14.7 to 15.1 most of the time. I have videos of them going faster but havent seen it in real life yet.

if you can hook on the street he is yours....most of the kids who have them cant drive, and cant hook on the track(let alone the street) so good luck, you should win....

I've seen 3 or 4 SRT's at the track this season but I have yet to see one run in the 13's. They were all in the mid 14's.

There are at least two at my local track (MIR) that run 13.7s & 13.8s. I raced one once and murdered him off the line, put at least 3 cars on him (sitting on Drag Radials), hit every gear pretty good, and then sat back and watched him motor around me. I ran 13.87 and he went 13.78 or something close. I swore up and down I got him at the light, but the ticket don't lie.....

Yeah I have a couple videos of them in the mid to high 12s. One runs a 12.6 at like 109 and beats a viper that ran a 12.9 at 109. Viper couldnt launch.

The 14.1 I believe in the original tests in the mags were posted by professional drivers....This is why you see most in the MID 14's.

I EASILY dogged by one when they came out with my A/C on HIGH, and a Family-sized Pollo Tropical Dinner on my seat next to me....even after spotting him a 2 car length head start. I know that's with the Vortech, But you got the H/C/I setup which easily makes you deep 13 sec car if not better, depending on your suspension, tires, and driving.

You shouldn't have any problem. It would be a tough dig for a stock GT though. There is a black one running around here and the kid can't drive to save his ass. That was the only thing that saved me. No way I was losing to a Dodge Neon.....

I have a friend who ran 13.9 @ 100mph BONE STOCK and now he has a BOV and downpipe and ran a new best of 13.4 @ 102mph this past weekend. He pulls low 2.0 60's pretty consistently on stock tires (Michelin Pilot Sports).

They make ~ 220hp at the wheels and weigh less than our cars, so dont underestimate them. There were a bunch at a local import event recently at my locval track and ALOT of them were low 13's/high 12's.

I think something is just up where you live because look at your times. Those are really damn good for not having much done. Is the air better there or something.
