Maine Street does not like us!!!

Ok, you guys think that the site would be dead without you, but in my opinion, this site was much better before you. While it wasn't high in post counts, it was very good with technical info and worthwhile posts. There was a time LONG before any of you where this site was VERY popular. They made adjustments to remove all the rif-raf post whores, and for a good period of time, this site was great. Now every other post is some kind of import vs. domestic crap, or useless posts with no value. I was one of the original members, and next to nick (who is constantly upping his post count whenever I pass him) I have the most posts on the board. I still think this site was better before SSoM tried to take it over. I expect flack for this post, but there are some things that have to be said every once in a while.

Didja ever go to their parties? I went to a couple hockey and football parties, and just sat in the corner. Yup, like I'm going to stop those guys from beating the hell out of each other. All 150 lbs. of me.

That is something that some guy posted about SSoM on another site. I just thought I would copy it for all of you to read. Seems to me that they don't like to play around too much over there. :shrug:
