Weather looks good for sunday.

Ok, So I got the Magnapacs in today, so I figure HEY!!!!! its a nice day out, it will only take me a couple hours to swap the cat back out..........WRONG!!!!!!! I got the left side off no problem, but one of the bolts that hold the catback to the h pipe on the right side stripped, so now I'm screwed. The thing was so damn rusty. I let it soak with WD-40 over night last night cause I knew that I would be getting the magna's today, but that didn'e help crap. So I now have a top fuel funny car sounding mustang in my driveway. I guess that I will take it somewhere tomorrow morning to get the other side cut off. Hope to god I don't get pulled over!!!!!! . I guess it's ok though cause I would rather have the magnapacs welded together vice those POS clamps that they supply. At any rate, My baby will be SCREAMING for BE on sunday!!!!!!

I can't wait to hear how they sound with an H-Pipe vs. the catted X I had on my old ride.

that sucks, my system was alot older but I dont remember it being that hard to come off, of corse we did from the headers back so what ever dident unblolt we just got it off w/ the good ol sawzall

I had no problem getting mine off, let it soak overnight with PB Blaster, much better than wd-40

Went over the car with richard at pro body, and some guy at wiscasset who used to be service manger at rockland ford, come to find out the whole car was re-sprayed, and poorly at that, so i guess a new paint job will be happening sometime this summer. So there goes any nagging ideas about a blower. I made a remark about the only thing the guy that had it before did do right was the 4.10's, well like i said the guy form wisc. ford used to be service manager ot rockland ford, and he put in the 4.10's so that explains that but still doesn't explain why the guy didn't cough up the extra $20 for a speedo gear, which i did last summer.

were meeting at 7:00 AM right off the turn pike exit where Sports Authority and Fileens parking lot are. Were all going as a group so you dont have to worry about finding someone to follow up to BE. More the better, just dont be late.

Ok the pacs are on and sounding Fing MEAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also notice a HUGE difference in the way the car is running. It's running a lot stronger/better now.

Car is running a bit rough. Idle goes up and down. Its gonna take the computer some time to relearn some stuff. Had the same problem last year. Still haven't taken it out on the road yet except Monday when I just went around the block slowly(wasn't registered). Will take it out tomorrow and get the tank filled.
