Hey, man your going about this all wrong!! you have to get her something too. You need to find out what she wants. Could be anything. Jewelry, a vacation, a house, anything!! Thats what you need to do. Just remember "When mama's happy, everyone is happy". Just ask some of the other members that aren't having problems and see what they say. My wife wants a bedroom set, DONE.. Then I can buy what ever the hell I want. It's real simple. So you better get going and find out what she wants!! :)

Katie and I have worked out a budget for the 'stang the past few years. Most of my mods are bought in late winter or early spring. We just use my bonus money and tax return money, anything else I want usually can wait til my birthday in July. Chris is right though, gotta keep the woman happy! The great thing about Katie is that she never buys anything except grocries. She knows that she can have whatever she wants though.

Damn, I'm not even married yet and I get s#!t about buying stuff for my car. thats why i just don't tell her. She thinks that the KB only cost me $2000. Oh well, it's just a little white lie right? I look at it this why, it is money well spent to benifit all of mustang-mankind against the evil world of F-bodies. God I can't wait to KILL an SS!!!!! :D

Damn, thats a long a$$ thread! Your little white lie is only about a $3000 white lie, not too bad :D . When I win contests at work, I always take the money and put into the "mod budget". I should be able to spend about $750 this spring, but I am going to try and sqeeze some more out of it.

You know that sounds good on paper but it doesn't work with Tina....

Examples
I bought her a new car in 02 what did i get, nothing.
We went to Ireland for vacation last March, me nothing
i bought her yet another diamond ( she has 3 rings, 2 pendants and 2 sets of ear rings) me nothing
I was told and i quote " nothing for that car until it is paid for"

I give her whatever she wants so don't give me that if she is happy crap because Satan won't budge when it comes to mods for the car

Well, this is a tough one. I would say buy what ever you want for the stang and make sure you don't drain the bank account. Then just see what happens when the dust settles. Believe me you don't want to be pulling tooth and nail every time you buy parts. It won't be any fun for you and you will hate the car in the end. Trust me on this. If she leaves, well "dime a dozen" :lol: .

She hates the Cobra BTW...and she wonders why i never give it up anymore. You want some D1ck? Ok then i want long tube headers

It's my Perdium account so it doesn't matter if i drain it or not it's kinda like free money. all 4k of it
