GASP!!! The ghost of Frosty?
But seriously. I'm the biggest skeptic when it comes to supernatural/life beyond bs. Thats why I've tried to logically explain it to myself.
1. They were on a high shelf and the cats knocked them off. But whats the chances they landed on my desk and didn't bounce off?
2. Preston found them and put them there. No, cause I was on the computer the night after he left.
3. Some of the local boys came in while I was out and were downloading ****, and forgot ... their knife and fondue forks?
4. Some of the local girls were playing house and forgot them? Maybe, but considering how much their mothers tell them to leave me alone, I doubt it.
5. I was on an acid trip/flashback. NOT! I've never touched the heavy chemical stuff. Pot, yes, but it's been 4+ years since I've smoked it. Mushrooms, I experimented in college but that was 10+ years ago and I've never heard of them giving you flashbacks nor have I had any.
And there are other things that have made me scratch my head, but again, being a skeptic, I just brushed them off. Like my oven. There have been times when I've woken up in the morning to find it on broil. So I just told myself that I turned the knob hard right instead of left, even though I KNOW I shut it off. And my basement/ crawl space. Before I first moved in, the water pump had kept the basement fairly dry for 2 years w/ no one living here. I had an inspector check it. 1st night I lived here, had a homewarming party, friends/ relatives from CT staying here and it was freezing when we got up in the morning. Water pumped tipped over and flooded my furnace. And it wasn't a stomping around to loud music party. It was a do a puzzle family party.
I don't mind you guys being skeptical, because I am a skeptic too. If it was one of you guys saying it, I'd rip all over you, but it's not you.

Do you have a digital camera??? If so, you should turn off the lights in the rooms you have had these strange occurrances in, and take a picture with the camera of the each room. Make sure you use your flash. If the pictures show little white spots in the room then you may in fact have some paranormal activity in your house. I have some pics I took at an old jail that show these white spots. Paranormal experts call them orbs. It supposedly is proof of the presence of a ghost and/or poltergeist.
I will post one or two tonight after I get home.
Happy hunting!!!

Weird stuff indeed...
I don't know if what those paranormal experts say is true or not, but I did find the evidence of these white orbs in my photos to be pretty convincing. It wasn't raining and it wasn't windy the night I took these. Also - my camera lense didn't have a speck of dust on it. I kept checking to make sure.
Who knows maybe the stuff is for real? I used to live in a house down in Texas that the former resident committed suicide. One night during the winter, I was home at night with my daugther. I had just put her to bed. She had a balloon tied to the railing on her bed when I tucked her in. I closed the door and went back out to the living room. This house was so old it didn't have central heat. It wasn't cold enough to start the wall heater but the windows were closed as was her bedroom door. About an hour after she was in bed, the balloon that had been tied to her railing came floating out into the living room. It had come down the hall made the turns thru 2 doorways then thru the kitchen and out into the living room. It floated into the room about 5 foot from the doorway then just stopped and hung in the air not moving.
When I checked on my daughter the bedroom door was open. I never heard the door creak when it opened, which it was notorius for, and usually woke her up when anyone opened it. But she was still sound asleep. She wasn't old enough to walk yet and certainly didn't have the abilities to untie the knot on the railing and make the balloon travel all that distance.
It wasn't too long after that, that a friend told me about the previous resident comitting suicide. I don't know if he did it in the house or somewhere else. I figure his ghost is the only explanation of how the balloon moved thru the house.
Anyways... the pics I took are from an abandoned colonial jail dating back to the 1800's.

Yeah but the knife kinda freaked me out.FEARNO1 said:Well Larry maybe we need to come out and do an SSoM cleansing....At least its not violent towards you or Preston
Anyway, a little background. My father knew the guy from P&W. My mom knew the lady from church. He was some kind of minister. I remember visiting them at this house when I was a kid. There's a hole in the wall that was their tabernacle. They built the shop first, and lived upstairs in that while they built this house. They never had kids. They had a bunch of books. If you ever went upstairs you'd see the walls are covered with shelves. Her niece was the executor of the estate. Niece once remarked on what a mean lady she was cause she talked meanly behind peoples backs. But said niece also allegedly accused a lady that lives down the street who used to check on the old lady of killing her. So maybe the niece is a bit loopy. All I can think of for now.

He had some good tunes though.
Larry that is what you get for having cats. Maybe someone or something is telling you to off the cats. The only good use for cats is for speed bumps or for throwing under the tires to get a little traction on icy roads.
