Seriously, though, if I don't have it, or know it's coming shortly, I ain't gonna spend it. The only reason I contemplated an equity loan was of the idea "FREE MONEY" cause of the huge jump in assessment. But money is money. None of it is free. BTW, I went from owning 12% of my house to 60%!And that equity is always there if I truelly need it.
