I've been trying to think of a way to swing it financially, but it ain't gonna happen. The only way I could do it would be to refinance my house, and, well, I'd hate to lose all that equity. Yes, I'm getting old. Maybe if bryan and chris could get me a $20+/hr job at ups for the next 2 months, but I'm not a union type of guy and I'd have to be able to pick my days to work, so that ain't gonna happen either.

Seriously, though, if I don't have it, or know it's coming shortly, I ain't gonna spend it. The only reason I contemplated an equity loan was of the idea "FREE MONEY" cause of the huge jump in assessment. But money is money. None of it is free. BTW, I went from owning 12% of my house to 60%! And that equity is always there if I truelly need it.

I'm pretty busy on the weekends w/ Preston, but if you guys can resist the urge to use the f-word and making homo-erotic scenes with his toys, I'm up for a meeting most anytime.
