Thats just wrong

Yeah its hard at times but you have to learn that work is work and home is home and there is not a bridge between the two. Thats why alot of the time I dont know want to know what people are in for, sometimes you just find out w/ out asking even if you want to know or not

Hard for me to seperate work from home. I wind up bringing some of the stress home. I try to joke around at work and have learned that a lot of things are out of my control and there is nothing I can do about it. I try to take a light hearted approach and think that I can only do one thing at a time and that everything I do is going to take time. I also know that the job will be done when its done and not to make any plans for after work, other than making it home in one piece. I have gotten better over the years but you still wind up thinking about some of it while at home, like the boss jumping down your throat. Some times I just laugh about the supervisors and how stressed out they get. Again I can only do one thing at a time. I also learned a long time ago to follow the rules and that covers my butt.

even if chris did sell the car that would only give some money for bills now. Not future mortgage payments. He would still be in the same boat in a few months. No money again. So would that truely solve the problems? No temporary fix.

we just try to keep it simple

#1. Go home in one peice....just go home at all

#2. Dont let anyone escape.

#3. Make sure your counts are right.

#4. Never loose keys or a Raido.

Other then #2,3,4you can mess up and they really dont care what mistakes you make b/c it no big deal. As long as you dont let someone walk out the front door/ make sure you count everyone that is there/ and dont let inmates get ahold of any keys or a raido and your pretty much all set.

Well she ( the wife ) saw the car as an on going expense b/c of all the things he wanted to do w/ it and even though its paid for it was still costing them money, so it pretty much came down to push comes to shove.

shove her ass out the door. lol. My wife is Ok with my car because she knows we are not strapped for cash. We don't live paycheck to paycheck. We have enough coming in for the mortgage, 2 car payments and I put away 17% of my check into a 401k. We live a decent life without stressing about the bills. We were approved for alot more money for a house when we bought this one over 2 yrs ago but we knew that we didn't want to stretch ourselves too thin like a lot of people out there. Stretching yourself too thin is too much stress on a relationship. It leads to a lot of divorces. We bought a house we could easily afford instead of buying a big expensive house to compete with the Jones'. Life is good.

No but it would be nice. Only the C.E.R.T team carries guns and thats only on high risk transports to the prison in warren or if there was an escape.

Well I guess thats what happens when change your life style based on overtime and once that overtime dries up you cant support the kind of expenses that you were racking up.

I don't depend on the overtime. I would do OK without it. But that is part of the job with me. Not much I can do about it.

I just had my job eliminated at Pepsi. Expenses are up, and margins are shrinking, so they took the least senior salesman and knocked me down to my old job as a Route Relief. Believe it or not, I will make the same amount of money, as well as having less stress because I wont have any direct responsibility to specific accounts anymore. Also, I wont have 2 bonehead drivers going out and doing a crappy job that I have to answer for. Life IS good. The only downside is that now I will have to jump on a delivery truck once in awhile, which I have not done in about 2 years. Maybe I can work off my love handles.
