I never had a helmet on unless it was raining,or drag racing, or going to Mass, or if it was damn cold out. I am so sick of the helmet debate. Do you know how many people I know or saw get killed that HAD helmets on.More than I care to remember!!!!! How about a girl passenger that hit a telephone pole who had a helmet on that had to have the helmet cut off because her head swelled up so much. Do you think that helmet saved her life????

Or a very good friend that was hit and killed by a drunk driver in the wrong lane less than a 1/4m from my house. Do you think the helmet saved him???
