I would have gone with the QA1s. When I talked to Denny, he said some racers were having problems with the Strange pieces lasting. After a long trip they would open the trailer to find the Strange ones leaking. Not trying to burst your bubble. Hopefully they work great for you.

Maybe, but those are a different type of shock than what I'am getting. The race shock are not the same. You know me, I did a lot of research and many guys liked them. There is too much to choose from. BTW, you can get the HD TA for about $550..

Those things shouldn't rust inside of a garage. Don't even bother. Whats done is done.. A couple of good brake applications should do the trick, though the rears don't look so good..

I am questioning the hubs more so than the rotors. What could I use to clean them up?

I am with you Chris, I can't wait to drive mine either! Seeing, hearing, and getting a ride in Mike's car on Staurday really got me anxious. BTW Mike, your car sounds GREAT, and the thing pulls like an animal, I was very impressed

On a side note, I cleaned up all the oil that I could get to, and have not seen any more at this point. Wheels will get bolted up Friday, and then I just have to wait for my tune and my pulley puller.

A little spot weld fixed my problem with my e brake. The braket is only held up by 2 spot welds. One of the welds broke on mine a long time ago. This caused the cable to rub the driveshaft at times.

Things got a little stressful today. I found out that the calipers for my brake kit are on international back order till May!! I can't wait that long. So, I'am like no problem, someone has to have them. So, I start calling around and after the 8th or 9th call with no luck, now I'am worried. I found the ad in 5.0 that I had seen last fall and thought to myself, I need to call these people first, if I do an upgrade. Wouldn't you know it, I callled these guys up and they had the kit. It will ship out monday. When I told the guy I called a ton of places, he said, thats why you don't call other places, LOL.. Just glad crisis avoided!!!!
