Hell ya Mike, I hear ya on that one. This freakin snow is alittle depressing, but hopefully it will melt really quickly. By the end of April I will hopefully have my Cobra on the road, I just hope it's an early spring, 'cause I am so bored!!

did any of you guys get the new MMFF yet? They had a Mach 1 vs. '03 Cobra(vert mind you) vs. 40th ann. GT. The ultimate winner as "chosen" by the editors was the Mach 1, although it trailed the Cobra in all major catagories. Ford must be having a big push on these cars, because they are everywhere right now, and that article was at least a little biased imo.

My brother and I worked from 7am yesterday, till 1am in the morning, then got back at it today at 9am, and finished FINALLY at 3-4 pm. You would not believe what a PITA this was. We were in a fully equipped Farication shop, and trust me, we needed every tool in it. The old stang is a BEAST now!!! Totally different car. I think it runs alot smoother. I am having some serious detonation at WOT though . I am going to call KB tomorrow and see what the deal is. I'm not too worried about it right now cause I am too darn tired and wore out. My hands look like dirty chopped meat . Words cannot discribe how bad this whole thing sucked. Talk about TORQUE!!! I can stomp on it in 1st gear from a stop and just ROAST the tires all day long. Second and Third gear pull like you wouldn't believe. I'll post pics tonight.

Take it easy on the car till you find out about the detonation. Could be crappy gas or too much timing. You need to address that situation as soon as possible to save your engine so let up on the lead foot. Did you every get a wide band O2 sensor hooked up to it? That could be a real good tuning tool along with a fuel pressure gauge.

When you are at WOT that is when you are getting boost. Part throttle you really shouldn't see any boost. Mr. Dirty Chopped Meat Hands.Dan_Soprano said:Done.

Man I cant wait to see that thing in person let alone go for a ride. Post them pics and stay out of it until you rid the detonation. That would suck to ruin the motor so early in the install!!!!!!
