Insured, Registered, Inspected.

Has cats and mufflers. About the only that that might not be legal about it is that it has no smog.

I cant believe how good it ran last night. It did not stall or stumble at all besides the cam lobe. I was thinking for a while that the cam the Ed ground for me was not so street/idle friendly but the problem was obviously the fact that the DBX meter needed that tune. I thought it was in but apparently it was not. I did have the computer unplugged for about a month but not sure if that had anything to do w/ it or not. I just know that even w/ out the tune being done yet it runs 100% then what it did when I put it up.

BTW the Dyno tune is set for 9AM on May 2. Hope some of you can make it down.

Took the stang out for the first time tonight when I got home. Only went a few miles total and just up to the pizza place to pick up some pizza with the roommate. Amazing how much power you tend to forget it has until the first ride of the year. I didn't get on it to much either not until I go through the tank of gas that's in it. Getting it insured and registered tomorrow and inspected w/ a 4 wheel alignment on friday.

not by much, still had stock heads an cam. That 4V motor should have been able to beat the snot out of a mostly stock 5.0 with a little boost.

Anyway if it pulls the kind of power Im hoping and I can get it to hook I should not be to far behind what you are.

GM has some real nice pushrod motors smaller and bigger than that that can make some serious power with just a little work.

sure as hell do...hence why i said 346 or larger the LS1,2,3,6 etc etc etc are awesome bullets and are relitively cheap to make nasty!

Well the BAP tried to get here today but either Kenne Bell requires a signiture or Fedex does. Either way I've got to go to Saco to pick it tomorrow.

I ordered silicon sleeves from Superchargers online last Friday. I haven't been able to reach a live person since then to check on the order status. I can't even reach them to cancel the order by phone or online. I'll just go through Citicards and have them reverse payment if it ever goes through. I had hoped to put everything back together this weekend, but not looking good now. I could put it back together with the old sleeves, depends on level of motivation. I re-ordered the sleeves from Vortech, should have gone there first.

I've still got to put the new rockers and caps on and pick the side scoops up from being painted so they can go back on. Then a major bath, machine polish, etc.....

Looks like rain for the weekend anyway. Would be worse if the weather today was going to stick around.

I hate required signatures, that sucks!

Car passed inspction just fine but they could not get the passenger side front tire into spec so they had to order a shim kit which will be here next week. Both front tires were in the red.

Everything went really well only one mishap being that my locking lug nut key went missing yet again which really pisses me off b/c I always put it back in the same spot and of course it was not there when we really needed it. W/ out the wheels coming off the springs would not come out. I got lucky and the Ford Dealer in Auburn let me borrow the correct lug key. The install was pretty straight forward, we didn't break any speed records installing them but it all went pretty smooth.

Cant wait to see how they improve my 60' times. Mike thanks for having me over and for the help w/ the install. It was good to see little chris (hes almost as tall as Nowak now) Katie and Shelby. We'll do it again in a little while b/c Im going to need a set of Caster Camber plates

I have those on my car and they work great. In hindsite I sometimes wished I had got the adjustable ones but can't complain after more than a few years with these ones. They work much better than stock and don't bind. Good choice Travis.

I spent some time this afternoon fixing the Toe setting on my car. Had to turn the tie rod ends out 11 times to get it right. That just shows how far off the Toe setting was when I switched over to the SN95 spindles. Also adjusted the Pan Hard bar to move the axle over to the right side a little so it is now centered and the wheels stick out evenly on both sides. Next project is to put on the bump steer kit I got the other day. I called it quits a while ago because my shoulder and neck have been bothering me for a few days. Plus my stomach hurts from some serious smelly gas build up .

I did poo a couple of times. Drank some Pepto the last time.
Didn't get as much done as I would like to on the car but I did a couple other things around the house.
The pain in my neck is not helping. It really hurts when I move certain ways like trying to get up off the creeper. Getting the Toe adjustment done took a while but I really wanted to at least get that done. I also took our wash vac outside to clean the grease off the headliner in my Toyota that happened while getting an inspection. Was also a good time to wash the seat and get the azz smell out of it.

yeah I already have a cold. Hopefully it is starting to go away. I decided to try a different cold medicine yesterday and I have to say that TheraFlu tastes kind of gross but it worked for me. I think I have to go poo again .
