Price isn't bad. Ebay provided some shipping quotes but you need to call the companies to get a custom quote.
Got a response from the seller. He wants this wrapped in 3 days..yikes. I don't think I will be able to get a shipping company over there that quick plus I have to get a check sent down there. Think I will be calling out of work today so I can make arrangements.

Im out today. I could make it a 4 day weekend without a problem but it takes a big chunk out of my check.
I read the ad again and it just says payment in 3 days after close of auction. Hopefully I can get a shipping company over there in a week but I have a bad feeling it may take 2 weeks. Then it will take weeks before it gets here.

Well things are moving forward. Found out I'm buying from a beer distributor in Tampa. Bike is scheduled to be picked up on Tuesday and should be here 5-8th of May. Only 1444 miles to go.
They probably got the bike as a freebie from Miller since that is one of their beers that they distribute.
Edit..actually they did say that they won it from Miller.

So what do you guys think of the new Camaro SS? 426 HP with a base price of $31,040. There seems to be a lot more value here than with the Mustang or the Challenger. I stopped in at Wiscasset Ford on Thursday just for the heck of it, and the 315 HP GT model was over $30,000, and the 500 HP GT500 was $46,000. It seems that Ford has taken advantage of the fact it was the only pony car around for awhile, and has gotten away from what a value the Mustang used to be. Maybe some new, healthy competition will wake Ford up, but that new Camaro seems to have an edge over the Mustang in price, power, technology, and luxury at the moment, and I NEVER thought I would say that.

I'm sure you can get the mustang for much less. I thought they were in the min 20's.
Competition will do them some good. There was a article this week in the portland press about the Camaro. They had a few knocks against it (Camaro)and I believe they thought that even though the GT was down on power it was a better balanced car. You also have to look at the fact that there is already a HUGE aftermarket following of the Mustang. That means lots more parts and options at least for now. A relatively cheap car and lots of aftermarket support are what sent me in the direction of the Mustang when I bought mine.
Time will tell if the Camaro chassis is worth it or not. Could be a crappy handling car for all we know.
How much do they weight? If the Camaro is real heavy than the extra power is for not. When you say luxury I think fat and heavy.

cant deny the new mustang has a better chassis than the 2003.

Finally got a chance today to take the stang out of the garage. Just went around the block a couple of times to warm up the brakes a little since that is what the instructions said to do. Also first time its been washed since being put away around thanksgiving. Car was really dirty and it shows when I started rinsing it off. The white color makes the dirt stand out. The handling wasn't bad either seeing as it needs a front end alignment after the work I did to it.
