I did something diffrent b/c its not like chrome rims on a Mustang is anything new, kind of like  Yay been there seen that. Heres a pic so you can get an Idea of what it looks like

My rims are totally different though, striped5.o(nice car btw). I just posted a request in virtual bodyshop to see if they could give me an idea on how they would look white, black, and polished. I like black because it keeps the color combo the same and gives it a kind of stealthy, this means business look but alot of people here on stangnet think black rims look like spares. Hopefully we'll see. Probably :barf: , but who knows.

really don't like that saleen rear wing either.

I just called the Ebay seller today and left a message asking where my stuff was. Sent several emails in the last few days and no response to those. It was supposed to be shipped by mail from Kentucky last monday. Should have been here by now.

I hope everthing turns out ok. Heres a few things Ive learned while shopping off ebay over the past yr.

1. not everyone sends e-mails when something is shipped saying its on its way.

2.Some people are slow at getting things shipped out or something happens and it takes longer then normal for them to get back to you. IE.. when I bought my cobra intake the guy has personal issues going on but he sent me the intake as soon as he could just took longer then normal.

3. Sometimes it takes a strong/stern E-mail or phone call to get there ass in gear. I just bought a MSD Ignition coil and 14 days later it was not at my door and I hadent recived any e-mail. I sent him a stern E-mail while still being polite......3 days later it was at my door step.

I know it can be frustrating but Ebay is a good place to by parts if you find them cheap, there are some bad apples out there but for the most part I havent had any probs buying anything off ebay.

striped 5.0

well I sent a few emails since this weekend and got no replys. So today i call his house in Kentucky. Left a stern message while still trying to be nice. Mentioned no parts yet as promised, no returned emails, and the next step was legal action. Within a couple of hours he sent a text message to my cell phone to let me know the parts are supposed to be here Thursday.
So basically he sent it out a week later than promised. I paid promptly and I expect it to be sent promptly or at least stick with the date quoted. So far that first experience has been crappy. He is a brand new seller. Obviously doesn't know about customer service or the Feedback I can slam him on.

On a slightly different note some people that buy stuff on Ebay are not that smart. They buy used stuff that can be bought brand new for only a small amount more. For example a coil I looked at could be bought at Summit for $110 and sold used on Ebay for $95. Hmmm which one would I go for. I would spend the difference and know it has a warranty and a return policy.

Thats the way it goes sometimes, you have to be careful who you buy from and some people are just not respectful. Some people buy stuff off ebay and do pay more at the end , I think its just the addiction of winning an Item on ebay. I usually dont buy from people unless they have good feedbacks and alot of them

I feel lost, I havent bought anything off ebay for about 3 weeks :( I was on such a streek that for about a month I always had something on my ebay watching page or ready to buy something.

I wanted every one to know that I won't be online for a while. I'am having some computer problems(hope I can get this out before it go's down again). If you need to get a hold of me, let Travis know and he will give you my phone #. I will need all of your #'s soon anyway. I still want to have all the club members over my place very soon. I figure with in a month. Sorry, about the inconvience and hope to here from you guys soon. Chris
