North East SSoM Members!!!

Well, it's up to you guys. If another car will go, i'll go. Fred, you can ride down with me if this does happen, but I probably wont go if i'm the only SSoM car there. Maybe this will be Dan's chance at a dyno thrash???

No, it was from someone else. I did however get a shifter knob from Thunderbolt, but they sent me the wrong color knob. They have yet to resolve the issue after several e-mails, so I am hoping that's not a sign i'm stuck with it. -Mike

Thats odd for them b/c they have always seemed to be a good seller on Ebay, I bought my Tri-Ax off them and my C&L Mass Air System.

Im Fred. I dont think anyone here has a problem with you posting with us at all. Besides trust me if one of us did we/they would definately tell you.

Besides you drive a Cobra. :D

Well, I figured as much, but wanted to be sure I wasn't stepping on any toes. I'd like to go to the dyno day thing but I tend to do road trips kinda spontaneously i.e. when I can and it's hard for me to plan for something 2 months away. So maybe. Anyway, what do you think of my new wheels? Credit cards are BAD.

Those rims should look really good on your car. As I said before, I have always liked the white car with white rims look :nice: . What kind of tires are you gonna wrap those in?

I looked into your recommendation for BFG D/R's, but I think I'm going w/ the nitto's. They last longer than BFG's, hook better than streets, and I just like the looks of them. Also, Mr. Soprano said I could go 315's in another thread. What do you think?

The Nitto 315's will fit fine on those rims, you will have some bulge at the sidewall, but I think that looks cool. Nitto's all the way around would be great, 555r's in the rear, and 555's up front will be killer. Check this site out. This is where Dan and myself got our Nitto's.

Exactly what I was thinking. A little bulge isn't bad. 315/35/r17's on back and 255/45/r17's on front. I'll have to look if there are any local installers, though.
