Had a blast at the track tonight to bad some of you could not have come. I ended up going by myself b/c chris had to work and Mike was tied up at NEAD so he couldnt go either but I had a blast. I got in 7 runs winning all but 2 of them and ran a new best ET and MPH.


Previous best was a 13.737 103.10 w/ a 2.139 60'

New best time of 13.476 @ 107.12 w/ a 2.153 60'

My best MPH of the night was a 109.21 but I only ran a 13.6 on that one.

I was pretty pleased though b/c I took down some good cars tonight that I can add to my kill list

1. EVO

2. GTO New Model.

3. Z28 Camaro 98+

Also bitch slapped an SVT Focus.

oh yeah I ended up having to buy a helmet there tonight as well. During tech inspection the guy ask what I ran before and I said a 13.7 and he said I need a helmet, I said well they never said anything to me before b/c I ran 3 runs that were in the 13's and I thought the helmet rule was 13.5 and under. They let me go through but said if I run a 13.99 or lower there going to kick me off the track until I get one. First run was a 13.6 and they told me Im done until I get one so I just went to that booth and bought one. I did not want to go all the way down there and only get in 1 run b/c I really wanted the track time and I was going to need to get one at some point anyway.

nice numbers man! you should have said something when you stopped by my helmet was in my car. oh and those illuminas you were talking about 481.88 be here in 3 days!

Yeah I saw your helmet and I did not think to ask you b/c last time we went down I ran 3 runs total all sub 13.99 and they never said anything to me so I figured the helmet rule was 13.5. Well I did not get away w/ it this time. Its ok thought b/c I was going to need a helmet of my own before to long anway b/c I want to start going to the track more often.

Good price on the illuminas, I have not seen them for under $500 anywhere yet. What would you charge for an install ? Also what would you reccomend for a good set of upper/lower rear control arms and what can you get those for? I dont need anything crazy but I want something that is good quality.

I was happy as hell to take down that GTO and the EVO last night

anyways, glad to see you are beating that thing, a good short time and you'll hit 12s bro.

Dan....when are you coming to sig???

Oh and mike you shoulda got the clutch and input shaft.....or a Kenne Bell pulley because now your warantee in gone on your blower

thats we all said to but do you think he listend.....noooooooooo. What good is that extra TQ going to be when you have a busted input shaft :D

My "hot air induction" also voided my warantee :rolleyes: No big deal, the pulley is not going on for awhile anyways. I will see what I can do at the track with the current set up. The pulley came in today, and let me tell you, it is one bling bling piece! It will really compliment the underhood look of the car. My subframe connectors are getting welded in as we speak, so that should be pretty sweet. BTW, I just got hooked up with Adelphia Powerlink today, and it rocks!!

well I guess I got a new dog today......10 week old Weimaraner. Cute as hell, but I still wish I was home to raise her. The wife has no experiance with dogs.
