I injected some motor oil into the cyliders and then checked compression again with no change. If the rings are worn the oil is supposed to take up some of the slack and increase the compression temporarily.DoubleONegative said:

Called out sick today. First time in probably 6 months or more. First nasty cold of the season. Pulled the head today. Yeah its a blow gasket. Resulting in damage to the head between the two cylinders. Took pics that I will post later. Saving gasket a souvenir

Not exactly sure how I will procede from here. If I get the head machined then I have to do both and the intake. That might also bring up the compression too high. That would also cost some money. In the mean time I might just put the iron heads back on.
