i on the other hand handed mine over 8 years ago...but i have since got them back....unfortunetly i am sure i'll have to hand them back over here soon though

Took my car out for a short drive. Need to fix whatever is causing it to run too rich. Time to do a little tweeking. Even though I haven't driven the car much with the new clutch and trans, I must say I like it. The clutch engagement is better than I expected.

I wanted something that was closer to what I drive, a 10th Anniversary Cobra.
What kind of break in period do you have with your new clutch? I had a 500 mile break in with mine, while not exceeding 3000rpm's. That really sucked not being able to rev her up. I am very happy so far with the pedal effort, and the holding power as well.

500 miles. No drag racing or starts like that. I don't think I'm supposed to do any high RPM shifts with the trans for 500 miles either
. I have shifted over 3k but not beating on it, just trying to accelerate a little. Hard not going over 3k when accelerating even lightly.Fixed the oil leak last weekend. Oil was coming out from under the back of the intake. Made a mess but noting that a can of brake cleaner can't fix.
Im working next weekend but Im thinking of calling out on sunday to go to that.
Did some bass fishing up at my dads this weekend. We caught 28 yesterday and 20 this morn, most of them being 1.5 pounds or 2. Not huge bass but damn do these things fight, even the large mouth were hitting hard.
I sprained my ankle coming down the stairs at my dads when I was leaving, its swollen up pretty good but I dont think any thing is fractured.

I'm gonna change the tranny fluid and a bunch of easy stuff and if it fixes the noise, I'm gonna race. Feuck it, no sense in showing w/ my feucked up paint.
Trav, took the boy fishing for a bit this morning, at on point I counted 12 smallies following my lure. LOL, caught only one .5 ouncer. Couldn't get past the weed line from the shore.

Fishing is always fun no matter how many you catch or how big they are. I had a nice bass on one time but I pulled him in to hard and he still had a lot of fight on him and the 12lb test line didnt hold up 
Prob would have been bigger then the biggest bass of the day I did catch a while later.

Speakin of fishing!! I am going Tarpon fishin at first light tomorrow....with any luck i be postin pics of a 100+ Lb Tarpon....i post up pics of whatever i catch but Tarpon are the target tomorrow
Ive had mine changed a few times now, there pretty good about doing it.

****ty day on the water...didn't see a single tarpon, Baitfish were scarce at best, and it was HOT as hell with no wind...

They numbed the halibut here this spring, Mike. My cousin caught 2 well over a 100 lbs and never came in w/ less fish then men.
