you need pumps to

Im done w/ all the car show stuff, I'll still go to them just to hang out and BS w/ people but Im just doing the drag race thing from now on. Funny thing is after this new combo the engine bay will look pretty damn sweet.

Any of you going to come down for the dyno day when I go? Prob be sometime in July on a saturday.

when's the next test & tune Trav? I'm ready to make a run.

As soon as chris gets done w/ my car. T&T would be best for you I assume b/c of the distance you have to drive. perhaps next weekend if the weather is decent (not this one the one after) I'll be off that weekend and chris should be done w/ the car next week. He ran into some problems yesterday but I hope they are all fixed, still might need different valve springs not sure yet though.

That sucks. Im not sure if I'll have the dyno tune done before I go to the track or not. Being N/A I dont have as much to worry about w/ it not being tuned so I just have to figure out the weekend I want to go once all this is done.

Bryan how good are you at welding up torque boxs?

Haven't done any of those yet. I could experiment with your car:D. I have a big spool of wire and a tank full of welding gas. You would have to strip the paint off the floor in the area where they are being welded on. Oh yeah I have a fire extinguisher also. That stuff gets hot real f'ing quick.
When I started using the gas in the MIG, the welds came out so much nicer. I used a flux core wire to do the sub frames on my car and those welds aren't pretty but they work.
Dropped off the stang the other day at the paint shop and it looks much better.
Still haven't taken the fender rolling tool out of the box yet. Been plenty busy with other stuff around here. I did pick up a heat gun the other day so I can get going on rolling those fenders. Now I just need to set aside some time.

Id like to get this done, your the only one I know w/ a welder and I dont know if there are any places around here that would do something like that

I know midas does exhaust work but I dont know if they would weld up torque box's. I just know your busy w/ stuff to, maybe windham automotive could as well. Anyone have any ideas?

As far as an update on the car chris ran into a problem. I was under the impression that I had 8MM valve stems, after some searching and calling around I found out they were 11/32 so needless to say the Valve Spring kit that I have would not fit which is the problem chris ran into. I have a set of seven degree locks that fit 11/32 shipped that will be here today. Hes almost all done just the valve train is the hang up right now, as soon as he can put the new springs on its just the valve covers, intake and all the hoses and wires that need to be hooked back up.

bryan, trav....just get some Torco

Nice how much from where? I want to run some of that to for trips to the track. Mike still has some left over that I want to buy off him but I have not made it up there yet.

Mike got a price on that left over Torco?

Waiting for the correct valve spring kit for my heads to arrive, chris should have it all tomorrow. Heres some pics I took today.
