Well, you guys know they have systems out for the 2005-06 3V motors...

I just got off the phone with the guys at Stainless Works and they have decided to use our car to prototype a system for us 2v 4.6l guys/gals!!!!

We are talking headers all the way back!!

Since the car is 99% stock, we will baseline it to get before and after numbers. Can't wait to get it done! Should be about a month or so but stay posted as we will update this with details as we get them!!

We will also try to get a baseline run at the track.

For you guys that may be unfamiliar with Stainless Works check out the website. www.stainlessworks.net

These guys are the best and do top notch work.
We already have a set of their headers on our other car.

If they can make and sell the headers for cheaper than BBK's at quality comparable or higher, I'll buy.

I know a lot of people who bought Stainless Works and everybody has been really pleased with them (myself included). Can't wait to get them on my new ride.

Just an FYI, the tech forum is not the place for whoring out your favorite vendors...

The tech forum is for TECH.

Just to put it out there (and I'm sure someone would ask anyway), I don't work for Stainless Works, I don't know anyone at Stainless Works (with the exception of the people I talk to over the phone to order parts), and I get no bonus/discount for posting this. I've just been really happy with the product and so are a lot of people that I know. Sorry if it came out like a sales pitch.

If you want an accurate price then calling them up is the best way to go, especially since this is a prototype. There's nothing wrong with BBK and you can't go wrong with the price, I just prefer the quality on SW headers. Will everybody? Probably not, it's all about what you like.

I thought he was telling him to post it in "talk" instead of "tech"

DBMSTNG hates me but I respect his Mustang knowledge.

This should be moved to talk.
