stalling out

one night i was at a stop sign and i hit the gas to go and nothing happened, then i slowly started to accelerate. then later that night i went to another stop sign and i hit the gas to go and it stalled out. Now i can start my car and it will idle fine in Park and Nuetral, but as soon as i put it in any gear(1,2,D,OD,R) it stalls out, but if i have the car jacked up would go into gear but would want to shut off when the tires stop spinning i thought it have something to do with my torque convertor, but im not sure. do you guys have any ideas. im starting to get aggrivated at this thing.

does the idle surge at all when in neutral? Check TPS voltage also. It's the Black thing on top of the throttle body with the green, black, and orange wires. the voltage between the green and black wires should be about .98v.

i checked it the other day, and it was at .89 i beleive.
