I'd say that Han's knows the people who ripped you off. (Same guy?) How did he know you got ripped and the amount that they ripped you? I'd say string him along and see if you can get any info about him. Prolly won't help you but....

Most of these people are working out of africa if I'm not mistaken. They all have bad grammar and all say "will" instead of "would"
