Hello again, final update! The new flywheel is on, and everything is working well so far. No odd noises with the starter. The teeth on the old one are pretty worn down, I imagine that was the cause of my issues, I did not know what to look for when I originally inspected the flywheel. Thanks again everyone for your help!
