This is really strange and Im kinda clueless to why its doing this, but heres whats happening..i have a brand new alternator, PA-performance 3g alt, and a brand new battery, anyway it will crank over like regular and then after the car is warmed up it cranks over so slow it acts like the batterys dead, but it will keep turning over really slow and start and then like a few hours later it will start wwill like normal...any ideas? I mean the only thing i could think of is maybe the starter is going?

Starter death is usually by heat soaking. Is the prob only when the car has been warmed up? If so, then you may be right about the bum starter. If the car shows symptoms when its cold, you may try hunting down a bad ground or loose cable.

what's your timing at.. sounds like you may have it way to far advanced. could it be off or your distributor maybe moved? you may want to check/back it off a bit and see.

yeah it will run ok.. but if the timing gets to far off hot starts becomes a real problem. Cold starts will remain fine. may not be your issue but I'd check it with a light with the spout out and make sure it's between 10-14 degrees.
