If you look under the car by the transmission (facing towards the engine)...it will be on the right of the trans up by the right side of the h-pipe where it connects to your headers...
It is held on by two bolts and has a couple connections to it...you will see it...
i want to take it to autozone to get it tested, along with my alt. i dont have the stuff to test it here at home. i think i might have seen it so its on passenger side, kind of mounted on the bellhousing?

There is two bolts one on top then one on bottom. I think the size is 1/2 there is also a cap covering where the wire is connected. Pull of the cap then take a 1/2 wrench and undo the wire then pull the starter out.
it can be a pain to remove. i might try to further diagnose the issues at home (and in here) vs doing a bench test with it (if it has intermittant issues, a bench test might not show a fault).
how can i diagnose them? my problem is car wont start, i always have to jump it just to get voltage, then i turn the ignition and nothing, before(couple weeks ago) it used to start up then quickly shut off.

yep - if a jump start makes it turn over (not even catch, but just turn over) that suggests the starter is fine and you dont have the amps (to include bad battery, connections, grounds, etc) to get the starter to do its thing.

your charging system isn't functioning right...the relay is probably bad...or maybe a short somewhere...take it to a reputable auto electric shop if it isn't a relay problem...good luck...
