Ok, I'm sure I'm not the only one out here who has run out of space on the positive side of the starter motor relay. Is there an easy way to get more space to bolt on stuff to the constant + terminal ? I've got a radio, electric fan, late model starter, high amp alternator and no more room for anything else.

I bought a late model engine bay fuse box which I'm going to use later when I trunk the battery but I'm looking for an intermediate solution for myself and for my friend with a Cougar as well.

A while back I picked up a couple of insulated terminal posts at the local pick-yer-part yard. They came out of mid-80's GM A-cars (Celebrity, 6000, Ciera, etc). One of these days I will get around to installing one of them. Some GM trucks have a similar item, basically a threaded post or two fastened to a plastic base that is held to the fender apron by a couple of sheet-metal screws.

Or something like the first item on this page: http://www.wire-works.com/groundingandcharging.php
