i have installed new2.3l and a4ld in 90 mustang and starter wont stop running i have changed relay ing switch and starters but no luck even runs when car is running please help

Well for what it's worth, you probably just need a new solenoid.

I had my car jump off the jack stands when I hooked up the battery up after changing the starter. Bad solenoid.

I go to Ford and buy one. I tried 3 autoparts one's from 3 suppliers and all failed. [The 4 terminal type]. A used Ford one solved my problems. It would turn over even when pulling the small wire off. Now I have a new one in trunk just in case and its been over 6 months. Maurice
