I'd like to invite the veteran posters to join me in starting at the BOTTOM of the page to at least ACKNOWLEDGE posters who haven't gotten a response. I'd like to think that ALL of us would benefit and the board will be a friendlier place.

Also, using "smilies" can convey a more jovial and hospitable tone. Have you guys forgotten how to use them?

I think this is a great idea, I'm not a veteran poster, but this would defiently help partisipation. I know a lot of them can be answered thru the search function, but sometimes people dont know what topic to search for their answers. Good thinking SD
